What do we need to do to get the club off the ground when we get back to school?
3. Membership Drive
Emily Follett, Membership Director. Tabling schedule, dorm rush, move-in day, flyering, t-shirts, buttons, parties.
4. First Meeting of the Year - September 14th, CC 165-67
What do we need to accomplish at this meeting? What do we need to talk about?
5. CONFERENCE: General issues Ideas, Planning
What needs to happen between now and November 12th? Who is gonna do it, and by when? What else haven't we thought of?
6. CONFERENCE: At-Large Speakers
What speakers do we want? Chris is responsible for this aspect of the conference.
7. CONFERENCE: Economic Workshop
What speakers do we want? What would be beneficial to conferees that should be covered in the discussion? Chris is responsible for this workshop.
8. CONFERENCE: Envorinmental Workshop
What speakers do we want? What would be beneficial to conferees that should be covered in the discussion? Rachel is responsible for this workshop.
9. CONFERENCE: Social Issues Workshop
What speakers do we want? What would be beneficial to conferees that should be covered in the discussion? Linda and Kendra are responsible for this workshop.

13. CONFERENCE: Saturday Night Date Auction/Party Planning
Kendra Salvador, Director of Programs. Do we have people to auction off? What is our strategy for publicizing this event on campus? to the Five Colleges? to the MA college dems? Are we having a live band, or just a DJ? Should we split the proceeds, or are we too desperate for cash? Who's in charge of decorations?
14. The Direction of the Club
What do we want to do this year? This is where we talk about our priorities for this year: What battles do we want to wage? How winnable are they? What resources are required? How do we measure if we're sucessful or not? Who's in charge of overseeing what initiative?
15. Campaign Initiatives
Campaings Director: position vacant! Here's where we talk about and coordinate our efforts to get democrats elected. Who are we going to support? How are we going to support them? What are the logistics involved? Who's in charge of organizing for which campaign?
16. Legislative Initiatives
Political Affairs Director, Jason Poulos. Here's where we talk about what bills in the SGA, in the State House, and in Congress we're going to try to support, and how we're going to do it. Ballot Initiatives? Awareness campaigns?
17. Fundraising
Alex Kostadinov, Treasurer. Here's where we talk about ideas to raise money for the club.
18. Constitutional Congress
Here's where we evaluate what is and what isn't working within the club, and we try to institutionalize the good stuff into a new constitution.
